Diving S.L. is a recognised teaching establishment of the Royal Yachting
Association.
What does RYA recognition mean? RYA recognition of powerboating
schools means that you can expect to be taught by an experienced
powerboat instructor and a sound craft, to courses within the
RYA and DTP Cruising Proficiency Scheme.
Our establishment is inspected regularly to ensure that the training
craft and instructors meet the high standard required by the RYA
and the Department of Transport. The RYA also carries out spot
inspections during courses to check the level of tuition and condition
of the craft.
So
why not come and improve or learn navigation skills and boat handling
with our friendly staff aboard our boats (RIB).
A full range practical courses are available for power boating.
The duration's for Powerboat Scheme Level 1- 1 day, Level 2- 2
days, Safety Boat - 2 days, Advanced - 2 days.
The Costal Waters Helmsmans Certificate is 1 - 2 day course depending
on the student's ability.
Level 1
The course is based heavily towards practical training and so
the time in the classroom is quote limited.

This RYA level 1 course encompass the introduction to powerboating
and will be conducted in a planning boat.
